Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Astro (the "Platform"), a provably fair on-chain crash game running on the Unichain network. By connecting your wallet or otherwise using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. Each time you access the Platform, connect a wallet, place a bet, or otherwise transact on it, you represent and warrant that:

You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
You are not located in, incorporated or otherwise organized in, or a citizen or resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction (see Restricted Jurisdictions below).
You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any person who would fail the above conditions.
You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool or technique to disguise your location.

These representations are continuous: they are deemed repeated each time you access or transact on the Platform, and they must remain true for as long as you use it.

Astro does not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Due to regulatory restrictions, the Platform is not offered to persons located in, incorporated or otherwise organized in, or citizens or residents of the following jurisdictions (each a "Restricted Jurisdiction"):

Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Canada, China, Comoros, Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Myanmar (Burma), Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela.

We enforce these restrictions through IP-based geographic controls. The game and all payment features are unavailable from Restricted Jurisdictions, and connections whose location cannot be verified (including connections through Tor or other anonymizing networks) are treated as restricted. We may update this list at any time as regulatory circumstances change.

No circumvention. You may not use a VPN, proxy server, Tor, or any other tool or technique to misrepresent your location or to circumvent these controls. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms. We do not knowingly permit access from Restricted Jurisdictions, and we will terminate any access we identify as circumventing these controls. Any use of the Platform in violation of this section is entirely at your own risk.

Blocking access does not confiscate funds: balances are held by the smart contracts, and you can withdraw your on-chain balance directly from the contracts at any time.

2. The Game

Astro is a crash game. A multiplier starts at 1.00× and rises continuously. You must cash out before the multiplier crashes. If you do not cash out in time, you lose your bet.

Bets are denominated in USDG (6-decimal ERC-20 token).
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed in the game interface.
The multiplier can crash instantly at 1.00× (roughly 1-in-33 probability per round).
Maximum individual win per round: 2% of the total bankroll.
Maximum collective player win per round: 2.5% of the total bankroll.
Auto-cashout is available at a minimum of 1.01×, up to 1000×.
Rounds are capped at 300 players. If the cap is reached before betting closes, additional bets cannot be placed for that round.

3. Provably Fair System

Every crash point is pre-generated using a cryptographic hash chain before the round begins. The server commits to the final hash on-chain, then reveals the seed when the round ends. The smart contract verifies that keccak256(revealedSeed) == gameChainEnd. You can independently audit any round using the publicly available seed and hash chain.

The house edge is approximately 3.03% (mathematically encoded as a 1-in-33 chance of an instant crash). This is the only structural advantage held by the house.

4. LP Bankroll

Astro offers an ERC-4626 tokenized vault ("Bankroll") that allows you to deposit USDG and receive ASTROLP shares representing your proportional ownership of the bankroll.

Your share price can decrease if the house loses rounds. You may lose part or all of your deposit.
A 2% dilution fee is applied on deposits to protect existing LP holders from just-in-time deposits.
An operator fee of 50% is charged on profits above the previous all-time-high share price (high-water-mark system). No operator fee is charged during recovery from losses.
Withdrawals are instant with no lock-in period (subject to available liquidity).
Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

5. Wallet-Based Accounts

Your account is your blockchain wallet address. There is no email/password login. You are solely responsible for the security of your private key and seed phrase. Astro cannot recover lost access to your wallet and has no ability to reverse on-chain transactions.

All transactions (bets, cashouts, bankroll deposits and withdrawals) are recorded immutably on the blockchain. They cannot be reversed or deleted.

You may set a username (pseudo) of 4–25 characters. Usernames can be changed once every 7 days.

6. Platform Features

In addition to the core crash game, the Platform includes the following features:

Leaderboards. Player statistics (PnL, win streaks, biggest multipliers, closest calls) are publicly ranked and visible to all users.
XP & Levels. A non-monetary progression system with 18 levels (Bronze through Diamond). XP is earned by playing rounds, cashing out at high multipliers, and maintaining daily streaks. XP has no monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
Quests & Achievements. 24 milestone quests reward XP for gameplay milestones (e.g. games played, multipliers reached, daily streaks). Quests have no monetary value.
Chat. A public in-game chat is available. Messages are stored on our servers and visible to all connected players. Do not share personal information in chat.
Profile & Avatar. You may set a username and upload an avatar. Avatars are stored as a content hash. Your profile (username, level, public stats) is visible to other players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform if you are ineligible under Section 1.
Use a VPN, proxy, or any other tool or technique to circumvent the geographic restrictions described in Section 1.
Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior in the smart contracts or backend services.
Use the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
Deploy automated bots or scripts that violate these Terms or interfere with the fair operation of the game.
Impersonate other players or manipulate the chat system.

8. Smart Contract and Technology Risk

The Platform relies on smart contracts deployed on the Unichain network. Despite security audits and best practices, smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. The blockchain may experience network outages, RPC failures, or congestion. Astro is not liable for losses resulting from:

Smart contract bugs or exploits.
Network downtime or transaction failures.
Gas fee fluctuations or failed transactions.
Third-party RPC or oracle provider failures.
Round finalization timeout: if a round is not finalized within 1 hour, an emergency recovery mechanism activates. Bets remain protected by the smart contract in all cases.

9. Responsible Gaming

Gambling involves real financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please seek help from a qualified organization such as the National Council on Problem Gambling or BeGambleAware.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Astro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
